The Prairie Maid is located within the Emma Chase Cafe. They sell a variety of jams and jellies, apple butter, cakes, and pickles. The Prairie Maid also offers a tourist information kiosk about the area, an ice cream parlour/soda fountain, and Fudd's Fudge. Hours of Operation: Monday thru Sunday: 9 am to 2 pm
